This Book Is Not Really At A Ninth Grade Reading Level But I Did Enjoy Reading It. The Book Is About Two Girls That Were Best Friends , Nana And Cady, They Did Everything Together. Nana Was Outgoing She Never Backed Down From Anything ,She Was The Life Of Any Room That She Walked Into. Cady Was Not So Much Like Nana , She Was More of They Laid Back Type Of Girl. They Planned To Go To Middle School Together , But Things Didn’t Go As Planned . At The Age of 12, Nana Was Diagnosed With Cancer. She Started To Change She Wasn’t The Same After That She Was Not As Lively ,She Was Calm Not Very Active And She Was Very Fragile . Cady Was Supportive Of Her ,She Was There For Nana , But Things Were Just Not The Same Anymore . Cady Ended Up Having To Go To School All Alone Without Her Best Friend . It Was Hard For Her To Go To School And People Asking Her How Nana? Is She Okay ? Do You Think She Is Going To Die ? But Cady Held Out For As Long As She Had To . When Nana Was Sick For A Long Time Cady Knew That Nana Was Going To Die Soon. When The Time Came When Nana Actually Had Her Last Breath of Air , Cady Knew That Nana Was In Peace , Out of Pain And Was Done Suffering. So That Made It Much More Easy To Let Go of Her Best Friend.
